His career spans retirement services, financial wellness, and institutional sales leadership, including senior distribution roles at Questis and Brightside and over a decade at Aon Hewitt, where he led operations for one of the industry's earliest financial wellness platforms. He began his career as a Financial Advisor at Wachovia Securities and is a co-founder of EMB Financial Health Solutions.

That track record gives Ed a practical understanding of what advisors and institutional partners need from a wholesaling relationship — responsiveness, clear communication, and strategies that hold up in real client conversations. He's also a longtime advocate for financial wellness and access, supporting several initiatives that bring financial education to underserved communities.

Ed is based in the Chicago area and holds a degree from Illinois State University.
